Valentine’s Day is associated with chocolates, roses, teddy bears.
For women in abusive relationships, gifts that look cute have a sinister subtext. 

This work for Diotima, gives a hopeful, empowering message 
by reversing the Valentine’s Day cliche.
Because for some, not celebrating can be a reason to celebrate this day.
